Taynac & Associates was founded in 1999 with the goal of providing consulting and training
services to companies interested in developing their staff, in order to leverage their most
important asset. Additionally, we consult with individuals, working one-on-one in order to
help people grow, develop talents they already have, and to help them achieve a larger vision
for the future. It has been an exciting and rewarding four years, and our feedback from our
clients confirms our belief that this type of service was needed in today's business environment.

Robert Gignac is owner of Taynac & Associates,
currently based in Mississauga, Canada. Robert is a much sought after speaker for
financial and personal development
conferences across North America. He is co-author of the
Canadian best-seller "Rich
is a State of Mind". When not speaking, he writes a
quarterly column for Enterprise Magazine (formerly Small
Business Canada Magazine).
Additionally, Robert is a graduate of St. Clair College in Windsor, and Wilfrid
Laurier University in Waterloo, and is always willing to discuss the 'people side' of the
