Taynac & Associates was founded in 1999 with the goal of providing consulting and training services to companies interested in developing their staff, in order to leverage their most important asset. Additionally, we consult with individuals, working one-on-one in order to help people grow, develop talents they already have, and to help them achieve a larger vision for the future. It has been an exciting and rewarding four years, and our feedback from our clients confirms our belief that this type of service was needed in today's business environment.

Robert Gignac (rgignac@taynac.com) - Speaker/Consultant/Author
Robert Gignac Robert Gignac is co-owner of Taynac & Associates, currently based in Blonay, Switzerland. When not consulting with clients, Robert is a much sought after speaker for technology, financial and personal development conferences across North America. He is co-author of the Canadian best-seller "Rich is a State of Mind". When not speaking or consulting, he writes a quarterly column for Enterprise Magazine (formerly Small Business Canada Magazine).

Robert's insights into personal and organization development were developed during 15 years in the technology arena with companies such as Motorola, Levi-Strauss Canada, Speedware, Inference Corporation, Eloquent Inc. and FRI Technologies. Additionally, Robert is a graduate of St. Clair College in Windsor, and Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, and is always willing to discuss the 'people side' of the business profession.

Anne Taylor - Speaker/Consultant
Anne Taylor Anne Taylor is co-owner of Taynac & Associates, currently based in Blonay, Switzerland. When not training or consulting, Anne is a much sought after speaker for personal development conferences across North America. She also does extensive research for the articles Robert writes for Small Business Canada Magazine. Expect to see her in print soon.

Anne's insights into personal and organization development were developed during 17 years in the consumer packaged good arena with Procter & Gamble and Nestlé Canada. Additionally, Anne is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo and is always willing to discuss the 'people side' of the marketing profession.
